1. The Defendant’s judgment against the Plaintiff is rendered in Suwon District Court Decision 2013Gaso4785 Decided November 28, 2013.
Reasons
1. An objection raised on the ground that the principal and the damages for delay on the judgment stated in paragraph (1) of the order on December 4, 2014 (No. 2380 of Jiju District Court Decision 2014) was repaid or deposited (No. 2380 of Jiju Branch Court).
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the recommendation of confession.
