Punishment of the crime
On May 24, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant discovered that the Defendant was living in front of the Defendant’s home, who is a person living together with the former wife, from the C church located in the Busan Sindong-gu B, Busan, and made the victim’s neck more than once by hand.
As a result, the Defendant committed assault against the victim and caused the victim to suffer knee knee knee knee knee kne, which requires treatment for 14 days.
