1. As to KRW 28,00,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 3,000,000 among them, the Defendant shall start from November 1, 2012 to June 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings based on a brief statement of the grounds for the judgment (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Of the loan principal of KRW 28,000,000, the statutory interest rate of KRW 25,000 from October 11, 2013 and the agreed interest rate of KRW 25,000 is sought. As such, with respect to the overlapping part of the loan, the part with lower interest rate shall be dismissed (former 130,000 won shall be converted to 6.24% per annum).
