1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ relationship 1) The Plaintiff is jointly owned by the Plaintiff from C and D on March 20, 2014, the Gangdong-gu Seoul E-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-247.9 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

(C) The instant building is the fourth floor neighborhood living facilities and housing (hereinafter “instant building”) on the ground of the instant land owned by C, and the instant land and building are collectively referred to as “each of the instant real estate”

2) The sales contract to purchase and purchase (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) is called “instant sales contract.”

(2) Defendant B is a licensed real estate agent who runs real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “F real estate agent office” and upon receiving a request from the Plaintiff, G is a licensed real estate agent who runs real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “H licensed real estate agent office” and is a broker of the instant sales contract upon request of the seller.

3) On May 28, 2013, Defendant B entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association for the liability for damages incurred to the brokerage client due to the act of real estate brokerage, with the mutual aid agreement between May 28, 2013 and May 27, 2014 regarding the deductible amount of KRW 100 million.
