The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:25 on October 2, 2019, entered the instant charges in front of the C cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) in which the victim D (27 years of age) did not receive his/her personnel, he/she saw the victim’s bat with his/her left hand into the said restaurant; and (c) carried the victim’s bather bat with his/her batth hand, carried the victim’s bats continuously and batd the victim
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
C. Indication of the victim as not to be punished after the prosecution of this case
