The defendant and the victim D(the age of 56) are married with each other, and E is a woman of the defendant.

Around 09:25 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while working in the Defendant’s house located in Seoul F for the expansion of E and Vietnam, the victim, who found the marriage problem of the son, demanded to report E to the son; (b) the dispute arises; (c) a defect in the dispute; and (d) a dangerous object, fright that she would throw away the son’s head; and (d) the victim’s son was her son in the process of breaking the son’s head into two hands and avoiding the son’s head.
