The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding “occupational relation” in the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bribery), “occupational payment”, “the amount of money received, and the amount of money collected for additional collection, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
