1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 26, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Article 1 (Nature of Land Sales Contract) The main sales contract is a real estate sales contract premised on the change of land category to a factory within the scope stipulated by the buyer’s demand and the completion of construction in the name of buyer.

Article 2 (Sales Price) (1) The total sale price shall be KRW 3,800,000.

(2) The sale price shall be the price including all the sale and purchase real estate and ground property, and the final sale and purchase area after division shall be increased or decreased based on the calculation.

(3) Any balance remaining after a contract is concluded shall be succeeded to as a loan from a financial company.

(4) Layout of buildings shall be consulted with a purchaser.

Article 3 (Methods of Payment for Sale Price) (1) A buyer shall pay 500,000,000 won as down payment on November 18, 2013.

(2) The buyer shall pay 3,300,000 won when the seller determines the area after the provisional seizure is cancelled.

1) On November 18, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for sale of approximately KRW 6,500 square meters of land owned by the Plaintiff of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si ( approximately KRW 2,000 square meters) and 420 square meters of factory buildings to be constructed on the ground by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

Upon entering into a contract for real estate sales (Evidence A No. 14) with the following descriptions as the following. This is to prepare a re-contract for real transactions at the time of the transfer of the name after the loan on the premise of the sale of the land and the building at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and to set forth the following special terms and conditions: (2) The seller shall purchase 10% of the shares at KRW 500,000: (3) the seller shall pay 300,000 at the cost of the management of the company: (4) the buyer shall also have completed the sale of the land at approximately 2,00 square meters; (4) the height of the factory building was 420 square meters at the height of the 420 square meters; and (3) the construction of the floor with concrete installed 90% (the sale price of the land, building 3,300,000,000 if the buyer entered the land after February 1, 200.

(3) Road shares shall include 12.5%.
