1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 183,788,977 and KRW 100,000 among them, from May 18, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 183,788,977 won as part of the claim and 100,000,00 won among them, with 17% interest per annum from May 18, 2018 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant is so decided as per Disposition.
