At around 04:40 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle without a driver’s license in a section of approximately 100 meters of blood alcohol content from the area near Loneone Star, which is located in the port of Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si to the central river in the same Dong from the area of about 100 meters to the Hazz, in the same Dong.
