1. The Defendant’s acquisition by prescription as of July 7, 2010 on each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff is based on the completion of acquisition by prescription.
1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff received the gift of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff around July 7, 1990 and occupied each of the above real estate in a peaceful and public performance by the intent to own it from July 7, 2010, thereby acquiring each of the above real estate by prescription.
The Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on July 7, 2010 to the Plaintiff on the ground of the completion of the acquisition by prescription.
