If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

No person shall detached the registration number plate attached to the national land as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, except where he/she obtains permission from the Mayor/Do Governor or where otherwise provided in other Acts.

Nevertheless, on April 10, 2020, the Defendant was in operation in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Jungcheon-gu.

Since the registration number plate in front of the D vehicle owned by C ( father) is kept in custody, it was removed from the registration number plate for an external device that was already issued and affixed as an external device (for the purpose of attaching bicycles) for the purpose of continuing operation of the vehicle in order to continuously operate the vehicle.
