Reasons

① The Plaintiff loaned KRW 23,00,00 to the Defendant on May 23, 2007; the Defendant repaid KRW 10,000,000 on October 5, 2012; the Defendant lost its benefit on May 11, 2019; the principal amount of the above loan was KRW 13,00,000; KRW 1,385,404 on September 3, 200; the agreed interest rate of KRW 10,000; the interest rate of KRW 30.5% on the above loan was 7.5% per annum; the interest rate of KRW 10,000; the interest rate of KRW 10,000; the interest rate of KRW 20; the Defendant lost its interest rate of KRW 10,00,000 on April 26, 2013; the Defendant lost its interest rate of KRW 30,000; and the Defendant lost its interest rate of KRW 20,700.1.3
