1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 51,563,00 to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 16, 2012 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The goods price of KRW 51,563,00 for which the Plaintiff had not supplied the Defendant with fishery products, such as active fish, on credit from around November 17, 2010 to November 17, 201, and damages for delay as well as damages for delay.
