1. It shall be prepared on December 2, 2015 by the above court with respect to the compulsory auction case of H real estate in the Chungcheong District Court.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company with a claim based on the final and conclusive judgment of Cheongju District Court Decision 2003Kadan1762 for the housing construction of Samju District Court Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Cheongjubu Housing”).
The Plaintiff filed for a compulsory auction on May 8, 2015 with the Cheongju District Court H for the compulsory auction of real estate with respect to 1059 square meters of I forest land (hereinafter “instant real estate”) in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Plaintiff owned the Sambu Housing, and the auction procedure was in progress.

In the instant auction procedure, on December 2, 2015, the court prepared a distribution schedule of KRW 9,115,895 to the Plaintiff, KRW 4,158,606 to Defendant A, who is the person having the provisional attachment right, KRW 5,148,328 to Defendant Nonghyup Co., Ltd., which is the person having the provisional attachment right (hereinafter “Defendant Nonghyup Bank”), KRW 3,621,583 to Defendant B, who is the person having the provisional attachment right, KRW 3,408,548 to Defendant C, who is the person having the provisional attachment right, KRW 8,163,473 to Defendant D, who is the person having the provisional attachment right, KRW 3,50,571 to Defendant E, who is the person having the provisional attachment right, KRW 1,420,228 to distribute KRW 3,19,709 to Defendant G, who is the person having the provisional attachment right (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”).

Meanwhile, on the other hand, on February 6, 1998, Defendant A executed provisional attachment as Daejeon District Court 98Kahap279, and Defendant NH Bank executed provisional attachment as Cheongju District Court 98Kadan523 on April 7, 1998. Defendant B executed provisional attachment as Cheongju District Court 99Kahap92 on March 29, 199. Defendant C executed provisional attachment as Cheongju District Court 97Kahap191 on June 11, 1997. Defendant D executed provisional attachment as Cheongju District Court 96Kadan507 on October 9, 196. Defendant D executed provisional attachment as Cheongju District Court 96Kaju Branch 99 on June 4, 199. Defendant C executed provisional attachment as 96Kaju District Court 94 on June 9, 199. Defendant C had been 19 Cheongju District Court 96Da19694 on June 9, 199.
