A. On November 1, 2016, the Plaintiff and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) concluded a contract for the supply of domain services (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the content that the Plaintiff is requested by the Defendant Company to transmit text messages (Sms/Lms/msssss) and to receive communications fees, upon receipt of a request from the Defendant Company.

B) Upon entering into the instant contract, the Plaintiff and the Defendant Company agreed to send text messages at the request of the Defendant Company at KRW 8.1 won per case, KRW 2.8 won per case, and KRW 55 per case, and KRW 55 per case, and pay the communications expenses within the end of the month following the transmission of text messages. The Plaintiff agreed to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 2% per month for arrears if delay in the payment of communications fees is delayed. (C) From November 201 to December 2016, the Plaintiff sent text messages at the request of the Defendant Company, and the quantity of text messages sent and the communications fees are as follows:
