1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 2, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “the Plaintiff” and “the obligor”, respectively. 2. Service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the exceeding part of the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed.
