1. From April to June, 201, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment 926 dong 303, and without authority, submitted a modified drawing to the public service center of the Seoul Eastern District Court in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant: (a) in a manner that erases “150,150” of the size of the refrigerating gas pipe on the floor plan of the mechanical room of the ice storage system in the D Building, which was written only by “150” and “150; and (b) on November 17, 201, submitted a modified drawing to the public service center of the Seoul Eastern District Court, which was located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and exercised it.

2.
