On August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:49, at the same time, installed a central line in front of the Dong Tri-ri-ri-dong located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and thus, (b) even though the Defendant should pass along the right side, the Defendant was invaded by the central line by driving the said car.
