A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a taxi driver B.
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.
Nevertheless, at around 17:20 on April 16, 2014, the Defendant was unable to identify the front and rear number plate of the above vehicle as a newspaper site in order to avoid parking control in the model taxi platform in the Dong-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 550 dong-gu.
