Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. On January 30, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 4,270,000 and KRW 60,960 per month for the rent, with respect to real estate listed in the separate sheet.

B. Since July 2014, the Defendant is in arrears with the payment of the rent from July 2014, the Defendant, on the ground that the payment of the rent constitutes a case where the payment of the rent has been delayed for more than three months (Article 10(1)4 of the General Conditions of Contracts).
