1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 24% per annum from April 16, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Provided, That the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor shall be deemed the defendant).
