1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 519,960,00 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 25, 2014 to the date of full payment.
With respect to the plaintiff's assertion of the facts of claim as stated in the attached Forms 1 and 2, the defendant shall be deemed to have led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 519,960,000 won in total and 519,960,000 won in each bill after the due date of payment of each bill, 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 25, 2014 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of its reasoning, and is so decided as per Disposition.
