A. The Defendant is a company that employs a personal list and provides customers with information on investment in stocks. The Plaintiff was an clinic of “C” and “D”, which provides information on investment in stocks, and served with the Defendant from June 2016 to August 16, 2017.

B. The stock information industry operated by the Defendant is to create profits by personal lists belonging to customers who purchased membership rights for a certain period of time by providing investment information.

Personal list will contribute to the creation of the defendant's profit by inducing the customers to join the company's fee member with the high-pollution investment tendency, and inducing the customers to become the company's fee member.

In the settlement of the CP fee, the principal expert of the CP fee special agreement refers to 1,500,000 won per month of the general staff's pay according to the company rules and 3,000,000 won per team leader's pay.

Criteria for Settlement and Payment

1. “A” (the Defendant) provides securities hybrid broadcasting services, and settle the information provision fee incurred on a monthly (from the first day to the last day of each month) and deposit the fee into the designated account by “B” (the Plaintiff) by no later than the 15th day of the following month.

Provided, That where a contract and a certified copy of resident registration are not received, the amount paid shall be carried forward.

A paid member who has no incentive from 10 to 10 paid members shall be 50,000 won to 30 paid members per 30,000 won paid members from 50 to 50 paid members per 10,000 paid members per 10,000 won paid members from 50 to 100 paid members per 10,000 paid members.

C. On July 1, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the Plaintiff’s terms and conditions of remuneration as follows.

The sum of remuneration that the Plaintiff received from the Defendant from October 2016 to February 9, 2017 is KRW 12,058,732.
