1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,365,235 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 12, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings, evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the Plaintiff supplied DNA products, such as Egypt, to the Defendant from May 2018, and it can be acknowledged that the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 40,365,235 out of the price of the goods. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 12, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
