마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Metepha (copon, hereinafter “copon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On December 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened one million won for writingphones to a male in the name in the vicinity of Daegu Park; and (b) purchased penphones from the above male (3 partitions, 0.21g for a single scam, 0.21g).
B. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones, and then purchased phiphones in collusion with D with D by taking the said phiphones (one amount of 1 disposable injection, approximately 0.7g) from F, at the public parking lot near the window E of Changwon-si, and D purchased phiphones in collusion with D.

After the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones, around January 8, 2017, the Defendant purchased phiphones in collusion with D with D by taking the said phiphones (one amount for a disposable injection, approximately 0.7g) from HMoel located in G at the window of Changwon-si, and D by taking the said f into consideration the f, and then purchasing phiphones in collusion with D.

On January 16, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones, and then offered 2.50,000 won of phiphones to D at the vicinity of the J's office located in the window I of Changwon-si around the new wall on January 16, 2017, and D sent 50,000 won of her money to J, and purchased phiphones (one son for divers, approximately 0.7g) from J in collusion with D.
E. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant conspired with K to purchase phiphones, and around March 12, 2017, the Defendant sent 80,000 won of philophones to K in front of Mve Plant L in Busan Dong-gu, and K sent the above price to a person who is not his/her name, and in collusion with K by using philophones (one amount for a disposable injection, about 0.7g) from the above person who is not his/her name.
