1. Facts of recognition;
A. F, around 16:55 on June 11, 2018, driven by a H new town bus van (hereinafter referred to as “J”) owned by G Co., Ltd. 2. The parties' assertion
A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that the instant accident place is not a crosswalk, and the two roads are installed at the location of the road and the road boundary. The Deceased, without properly checking whether the vehicle is going to cross the road without any permission, has been set up between the route buses under the stop. Accordingly, F, a driver of the vehicle, was in his own own ability even though the vehicle was driven safely.
