A. F, around 16:55 on June 11, 2018, driven by a H new town bus van (hereinafter referred to as “J”) owned by G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”) and used the front road of the E apartment complex in Yangsan City (the front road of the G apartment bus stop in Gyeyang City) in front of the E apartment complex (the front road of the G apartment bus stop) at Yangsan City from the shooting distance to the J apartment gate in the middle of the two-lane, while driving along the two-lanes, the F coming to the front side of the vehicle that crosses the road from the right side of the moving direction to the left side of the vehicle, and coming to the front side of the K, which crosses the road on the top of the front side of the vehicle.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that the instant accident place is not a crosswalk, and the two roads are installed at the location of the road and the road boundary. The Deceased, without properly checking whether the vehicle is going to cross the road without any permission, has been set up between the route buses under the stop. Accordingly, F, a driver of the vehicle, was in his own own ability even though the vehicle was driven safely.
