A. On March 10, 1990, the Plaintiff husband D purchased a building of 96 square meters and its 2nd floor adjacent to the land indicated in the order owned by the Defendant and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 16, 1990.

B. Of the real estate indicated in the text, the part of “B” is located in a fence indicating the boundary of the land owned by D and the land of this case, and D has occupied the part of the instant land in peace and public performance with its own intent since April 16, 190.

C. During that period, D died on April 8, 200, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 21, 2006 with respect to the land owned D due to inheritance due to a consultation division, and continued to occupy the part of the instant land.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on April 16, 2010 with respect to the part of the instant land to the Plaintiff.
