A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

around 18:00 on February 3, 2018, the Defendant discovered a new card owned by the Victim F, which was located on his book at the third floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, and brought it as it was.
As a result, the Defendant found the victims' property that was separated from the possession and did not take necessary measures such as returning it to the victims four times, and embezzled. 2.
