The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's determination that the charged facts of this case are guilty is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the grounds for excluding illegality of the Public Official Election Act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
