1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On December 30, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.127%, driven a BTG car from a mutually influent restaurant in front of the trade in the Pungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the access road of the same Gu TG car located approximately KRW 3km away from the trade name in front of the trade in the Pungnam-gu, Sungnam-si.
Summary of Evidence
1. Police suspect interrogation protocol of the accused;
2. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to written reports on running a driver;
1. Relevant laws concerning criminal facts, and Articles 148-2 (2) 2 and 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act, and selection of fines;
2. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the confinement of a workhouse.
