The defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership preservation on the land of this case on September 2, 1992, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 12, 2003 on the land of this case on November 7, 2003, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 7, 2003 in the direction of the Hanam City.

In addition, on August 10, 2018, Chungcheongnam-si completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of gratuitous reversion on August 7, 2018 in the name of the Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”).
