A. The Defendant was entrusted by E (hereinafter “E”) with the duty of collecting landfill soil discharged from the construction site of the Fil-si (hereinafter “instant site”) and separating, transporting, and disposing of them with sorting and construction waste.

B. The Defendant, via G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), had been in charge of the service on construction waste transport and disposal in the instant site to the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the Defendant, and the G prepared a written agreement between the Plaintiff, and the Defendant, stating that “In the performance of the service on waste disposal, the unit price for the service on the instant site shall be KRW 380,000, including the value-added tax on 25 tons dump 1stump, and that the performance of the service shall be paid to the Plaintiff in principle, and that the nature of the service shall be paid in cash at the end of the last 15 days. The Plaintiff shall provide basic documents, such as the waste management ledger, for filing a claim

C. On the other hand, as of January 23, 2018, with respect to construction waste disposal services in the instant site as of January 23, 2018, a new entrustment contract form for construction waste collection, transportation, and disposal was prepared as described below with respect to the construction waste disposal services as the Defendant: (a) E, B (collecter), H, Plaintiff, I, J, J, C, and C (Joint and Several Guarantee) from January 23, 2018 to March 20, 2018; and (b) with respect to the volume and amount of the entrusted goods and services, a new entrustment contract form for construction waste collection and disposal as described in the following table was prepared from January 23, 2018 to May 31, 2018; and (c) the unit price for transportation and disposal of construction waste as of May 31, 2018 to April 25, 2000.
