Defendant 2 had worked at the above workplace from January 15, 2016 to March 12, 2016 at the above workplace, and had not paid KRW 21,795,000 in total for seven workers as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached crimes, including KRW 1,70,00 in March 2016, within 14 days from each retirement date without any agreement between the parties on the extension of payment dates.
The defendant of "2016 Highest 4479" is a user who operates a furniture manufacturing enterprise using six full-time workers as a representative of C in Gyeonggi-si B.
