B: (a) on May 2017, the Defendant sent his/her e-mail along with the Defendant’s request for an e-mail-based e-mail test; (b) he/she sent the identification photograph to C; and (c) he/she sent the identification photograph to B after combining it with the identification photograph of B; and (d) B sent it to the Defendant, and made it possible to create an identification card attached with the identification photograph of B.

Accordingly, on May 30, 2017, the Defendant prepared an application for the reissuance of a driver’s license on the ground that he lost a driver’s license at the port of the permissible driver’s license with the instruments used in the 2267, and submitted to the staff-in-charge, attaching a synthetic photograph delivered from B in the photo column of the said application for reissuance to the “license register of driver’s license information system”. Ultimately, by creating a driver’s license with a synthetic photograph attached thereto, the Defendant made the public official in charge enter a false fact into the A’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi-do Police Agency.

Since then, B designated and notified the defendant of the examination site and date which can be represented by the defendant, and the defendant applied for discussion at the above examination site and date, and registered the above synthetic photographs in the examination column.

Accordingly, around June 10, 2017, B entered the idea of being represented by the Defendant in the E-middle School Test site located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the soil benefit applied for by the Defendant, and after presenting the driver's license issued as above to the officer in charge of the test management and supervision delegated by the F Co., Ltd. in charge of the test management and supervision as the Defendant, B was carrying out as if he was the Defendant, and applied for the land on behalf of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant and B et al. conspired to make false reports to the public officials to enter false facts in the driver's license, and intrudes into E Middle School which is a structure.
