Punishment of the crime

1. Therefore, around January 14, 2014, the Defendant entered “Seoul-gun E” in the column for the location of real estate sales contract in the Gshield golf course located in the building in Suwon-gu, Busan-gu, and marked “C” in the seller’s address column, and affixed “C” seal arbitrarily affixed to the seller’s name column.
The Defendant, without authority, forged a contract for the sale of real estate in the name of C, a private document concerning rights and duties for the purpose of exercising such rights and duties.
