On October 15, 2013, at around 19:40, the Defendant passed the street, which is a motorway, from the entry before Samsungdong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to around 250 meters, B B B B BS 124C motor bicycle from the entry into the front of the Samsungdong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the roads near the same Yeongdeungpo-dong, Youngcheon-dong.
