2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a non-profit corporation that studies E management plans, etc.

The plaintiff takes over the status of the head of Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam Local Headquarters of the defendant Association (hereinafter "the local head of this case") and operated the local head of this case. The defendant C is a person who actually operated the defendant Association, and the defendant D is a director who is the representative of the defendant Association.

B. Around October 25, 2007, F entered into an agreement with the Defendant Association on the establishment of the instant regional headquarters (hereinafter “instant agreement”) and paid KRW 30 million on the pretext of supporting funds with the Defendant Association.

The defendant (hereinafter referred to as "A") and the local headquarters (hereinafter referred to as "B") shall enter into an agreement with respect to the formation of the local headquarters for achieving the objectives of establishment B, an incorporated association, and the smooth operation of the association as follows:

Article 3 (Definition of Support Funds for Establishment of Local Headquarters) In order to achieve the purpose of projects A and to support smooth proper projects, Eul shall contribute 30 million won as a gold for the development of the association.

Article 4 (Agreements on Educational Projects of Local Headquarters) The local headquarters may conduct educational projects with designated educational institutions, human resources, facility standards, etc. in connection with educational projects of the local headquarters.

Provided, That in principle, profits after deducting various expenses shall be distributed to the Central Headquarters and 50/50 among the profits generated from educational projects in connection with the progress of educational projects.

Article 6 (Revocation of Approval of Local Headquarters) If the head of a local headquarters, who is the person in charge of operation of the local headquarters, shall command and supervise the overall local headquarters thoroughly, and if it is deemed that serious surplus has occurred to the association headquarters due to the occurrence of corruption or social water of employees of the local headquarters, he/she may cancel the approval of the local headquarters after deliberation by the board of directors.

In such cases, the head of the local headquarters shall be a citizen.
