On January 4, 2018, the Defendant conspiredd with his husband B to purchase the Metetopop (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine, and B transferred KRW 90,000 to the D account (E) used by C around 14:33 on January 4, 2018, and around that time, the Defendant purchased 5g of the philoopopopop, which is stored in G located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fund, by finding five grams of the Meopopopopon.

B. On February 2, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant laid off about five grams from C at the Defendant’s house located within the Seongbuk-gu Seoul H building I, and purchased approximately one 9.5 million won in cash from C in total, at around 19:00 on February 4, 2018, at the nameless guest room near the K community center located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, and at around 19:00 on February 4, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately one gram from C in the nameless guest room near the K community center located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

2. At around 17:00 on June 16, 2018, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, injected approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, and injected water and dilution into his arms and dilution, and administered them.
