The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the charged facts of this case guilty on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance and not guilty. There is no violation of law

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
