On June 15, 2016, the Defendant driven a d SM5 car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.245% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.245% from the 5km section around the Gangseo Police Station located in the 377 Yung-dong of the same city, from the border of the Yung-si to the roads located in the 377 Yung-dong of the same city.
