마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2017 Highest 3130" is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On June 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) promised to purchase KRW 0.5 grams between a narcotic seller and a drug seller in the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D” at KRW 400,000,000; (b) transferred the price to the E bank account (F) in the name of the seller designated by the seller; and (c) around 14:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a plastic bag near the calendar of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which had been reduced by the drug seller to the back of the spopon.5g of the spopon.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On June 25, 2017, around 15:00 on June 25, 2017, the Defendant administered 0.16g of philophones purchased at one’s home of Mapo-gu Seoul and 302, as set forth in paragraph 1, and administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.16g of philophones into beerped World Cup, dilution of beer, and crophones by mathing them.
B. On July 20, 2017, on July 20, 2017, the Defendant administered Maitius 0.16 grams at the same place as the above paragraph (a) around July 17, 2017, in the same manner as (a).

On September 1, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.16g of oponphones in the same place as around 18:00 (a) on September 1, 2017, at the same time as around 18:00 (a).
The defendant of "2017 Highest 3483" is not a person dealing with narcotics, and is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus, he/she shall not possess or administer a merpter (hereinafter referred to as "culon") which is a local mental medicine.
1. The purchase and administration of philophones on November 4, 2017;
A. On November 4, 2017, the Defendant, around 15:00, remitted KRW 500,000 in cash to the Nonghyup Bank account designated by the name-non-stamp supply books that he/she became aware of through H “H”-type 5 U.S. 4 U.S. 5 U.S. 5 U.S. 5 U.S. 5 U.S. 5 U.S. 4, 2017.
