1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 117,595,477 and the amount of KRW 100,000 among them, from July 16, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, "creditor" is considered as "Plaintiff", and "debtor" as "Defendant". The credit of this case is based on the credit transaction agreement between the bank and the defendant on January 28, 201 (the credit amount of KRW 100 million and the final credit transaction period of January 28, 2013).

2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
