1. Defendant B’s 70,683,079 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from February 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The facts of claim (1) around November 29, 201; (2) around 5, 201, Defendant B made a business registration under the name of Defendant C, which is its wife; (3) was engaged in the construction business; and (4) the Plaintiff and Nonparty E, its husband, made a contract for the construction work under the name of the Plaintiff on the ground of F, Gyeongnam-gun, the Plaintiff’s ownership, and 157 square meters (2 stories, 118.8 square meters, 3 square meters), and 3 affiliated buildings (228.6 square meters, total area of the above building); and (4) the Plaintiff’s construction cost was 50 square meters under the name of the Plaintiff’s name and 500 square meters; and (3) the Plaintiff’s construction cost was 100 square meters under the name of the Plaintiff’s joint account and 2500 square meters; and (4) the Plaintiff’s construction cost was 200 million won under the name of the Plaintiff’s owner and 250.
