The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of the crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err in violation of logical and empirical rules and free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
