1. The defendant shall each of the amounts specified in attached Form 2 in the calculation table of unjust enrichment and each of them.

Reasons

1. The facts under the basis of the facts are acknowledged as either the dispute between the parties or in accordance with the respective descriptions of Gap evidence 1 to 3, Gap evidence 14 to 17, Gap evidence 1 to 21, Eul evidence 19-1 to 21, Eul evidence 1 to 6, and Eul evidence 1 to 6.

A. From the date ABC and DEFGHI, 9,060 square meters (at this time, 9,035,332.9 square meters) were incorporated into the "J district housing site development project zone" (hereinafter referred to as "the housing site development project in this case") implemented by the Korea Land Corporation (the Korea National Housing Corporation was merged with the Korea National Housing Corporation on October 1, 2009, and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation was incorporated into the "J district" (hereinafter referred to as "the housing site development project in this case"), on April 30, 201, the housing site development zone was designated as K district for the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs public notice of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on March 28, 2008.

C. The plaintiffs concluded each contract for the sale of this case with each of the corresponding amounts listed in attached Table 2 (8) of the unjust enrichment calculation table between the defendant and the buyer, or succeeded to the rights and obligations of the buyer who paid each of the corresponding amounts listed in paragraph 6 of the same Table.

2. Summary of the parties' arguments

A. The defendant's sale of the housing site of this case constitutes the basis for the sale of the migrants.
