Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Criminal facts
1. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated a motor vehicle in the influence of alcohol on the road in front of the north-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) on December 2, 2017; (c) while walking along the road, the victim D (223) who was walking along the road was exposed to the right part of the motor vehicle; and (d) the Defendant escaped as it is difficult to perceive the driving of the motor vehicle.
