On July 28, 2008, R and S agreed to transfer to the Plaintiff the authority over the remaining land excluding approximately approximately KRW 2,100 square meters, which is the part to be incorporated into the roads among K and L forest, and the Plaintiff agreed to provide the Plaintiff with all documents related to building permission, permission for development, permission for conversion of mountainous district and transfer of title (Evidence 2) and written agreement (Evidence 3) with the purport that the Plaintiff agrees to provide the Plaintiff with all documents related to the construction permission, permission for development, permission for use of mountainous district and transfer of title.
