The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendants guilty of the modified facts charged, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to “the alteration of use” under Article 28(1) of the Private School Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
