A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of four months and by a fine of three thousand won.
However, each of the above punishments for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. (2) around October 2017, the Defendant constructed one residential building of steel and cement block building of 225 square meters in Busan Gangseo-gu, which is the area subject to development restriction; and (3) around October 32018, the Plaintiff constructed one non-permanent-type forest facility of 66 square meters in the prefabricated-type religious site outside Gangseo-gu, Busan, which is the area subject to development restriction.

To comply with a corrective order issued by the competent authority for acts of constructing buildings, piling up goods, cutting down bamboo and trees, etc. without obtaining permission within a development-restricted zone or without violating the details of permission, and thus comply with such order.
Nevertheless, the defendant is from the head of Gangseo-gu, Busan, and the head of Gangseo-gu, Busan, around July 2019 and August 2019.
